CEB 42 hours
The CEB 42 hour complete programme leads its participants through an in-depth exploration of their habits related to all the main emotions:
Anger, fear, disgust, happiness, sadness and so on.
It also includes abroad vision of the three main forms of meditative practice, develop ingattentive stability, cultivating virtues of the heart and looking deeply into the nature of our experiences.
CEB Kids
The training gives a summary of the12- and 42-hour programmes that is appropriate for the age range and for infant and child development. Thein fant and child clientele will learn postures for meditation, relaxation, improving focus and concentration.
